Eddington House

This well-preserved Art Deco building contains one of Shanghai's more innovative apartments, recently renovated to its original state. It is a duplex, with an interior staircase leading to the bedroom on the second floor. This apartment is still occupied by its 96-year old tenant, a graduate of Columbia University, class of 1924.
